Ajilon is looking for three construction professionals, residential experience okay. They have two Project Manager level positions available, salary in 80's w/bonus and car allowance and one Project Supervisor position available,salary in the 60's, bonus and car allowance. Construction Superintendent/Assistant Project Manager
CareerLaunch has a client with immediate openings for a Construction Superintendent and Assistant Construction Project Managers. The client is a rapidly growing company, specializing in the design, build-out, equipment supply, and installation for a wide variety of custom food service facilities. The company is based in the Atlanta area and is licensed as general contractor in seven states in the southeastern United States.
The Construction Superintendent position is responsible for the on-site supervision of multiple construction projects throughout the Southeast. The Assistant Project Manager positions are responsible for leading aiding in managing all projects, superintendents, budgets, and deadlintes. Frequent and extended travel is required.
The ideal candidates will have at least 3-5 years of experience in interior commercial construction and/or remodeling and a history of successful completion of multiple construction projects.
Requirements:
Strong sense of urgency in completing projects
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and technical skills
Proven record of successful project management
Ability to develop and motivate employees and subcontractors
Customer orientation and exceptional customer service skills
Ability to think and work quickly in a demanding, fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in hands-on managing of commercial construction projects
Skill in one or more construction trades, especially carpentry, drywall, and painting
Experience in building stand-alone restaurants and/or food service installations
